Stephen F. Anderson, President of Anderson-davis, Inc., est. 1980, is an innovator in the design and delivery of engaging, interactive and compliant (sexual) harassment and investigation and healing process HR Certification training programs since 1972. Stephen pioneered the use of Intent vs. Impact, Myths vs. Facts, subtle sexual harassment, clarification of employer’s policy & complaint process training concepts; and customized live theater and video story-based awareness and resolution skills training activities. Since 1984, Stephen has been retained, by employer and plaintiff’s attorneys as an expert witness in sexual harassment and sex discrimination cases. Stephen’s sexual harassment training has been featured on 20/20, TV Asahi, Japan and Oprah. Mr. Anderson has written and produced award-winning (Product of the Year and Top Ten Training Products) sexual harassment video-based and eLearning courses for over twenty years. Stephen has been a member of SHRM and CHRA since 2001.
