With more than 26 years of experience in the managed care, healthcare and accounting industries, I have built a career developing innovative solutions throughout the healthcare supply-chain. At UltraLink I am responsible for providing customers with a wide range of consulting services and directing procurement services.
I have frequently spoken on healthcare topics and published numerous industry articles. I also currently hold executive and committee positions with the American Association of Preferred Provider Organizations and Self-Insured Institute of America. Prior to UltraLink, I served as VP of Business Development, VP of Network Services and Executive Director for the State of Florida at the ADMAR Corporation, a regional network-based PPO. Prior to ADMAR, I founded the healthcare consulting firm Ashley & Associates, served as President and CEO for the Bay Area Healthcare Alliance and held a number of executive positions within the healthcare industry.
I am a Florida Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Florida State University.
